Krishna Pradeep’s 21st Century IAS was established in 2003. Since then, we are committed to empower the IAS aspirants to crack IAS in the first attempt. To make this task more simple, we have started the Integrated civil service coaching along with Intermediate and degree level from 2017 – 18 academic year in Hyderabad and Rajahmundry.

It is a unique program to equip the aspirants from their body, mind and soul to crack the civil service at the tender age of 22. It helps them to have 38 years of service which enables them to stay in the service to reach up to the chief secretary / Cabinet secretary / Election commissioner / CAG etc. 
The Five years integrated course will combine Intermediate (2 years) + degree (3 years) + civil service foundation. The 3 year integrated course will include degree + civil service foundation. 
Going by the dynamics of the civil service examination system, candidates need to acquire the knowledge of the basics as well as the contemporary issues. We train the aspirants accordingly.

Our alumni includes, Mr. Gopala Krishna Ronanki, IAS (All India 3rd Rank) who took eleven years and Mr. Md. Roshan, IAS (Rank 44) who made it in the fifth attempt. There are also aspirants who made it in the first attempt like Mr. vishwajit, IPS; Mr. Shiva Harsha, IRAS , Sai Kanth Varma, IAS, Krishna Mohan, IRS etc. looking at their experience, we have devised certain standard methods and techniques which helps the candidates to crack civil service exam in the first attempt. 
The strategy we adopt will be useful not only to enter into the nations’ prestigious services like IAS, IPS but also will equip the candidates to crack any government job in the country including State level Group1 and 2 services or national level Banking services, Staff selection commission exams etc.

The strategy includes, training in the NCERT books from 6th to 12th standard in Intermediate first year, Civil Service Aptitude Test training in the second year which is useful to write the exams like SSC, Banking etc. In the graduation the training will focus on – Mains 15 general studies subjects and optional in the mains. 

Our aim is not only to endow the candidates to crack civil service exam or government exams but also to indue them to emerge into a good human being who can communicate with body, mind and soul; who has the emotional intelligence to be empathetic; who has transformative leadership skills in nation building; and the one who has mission for life.

Our Vision & Mission

KPIAS visualizes itself as a dominant player in the domain of State and Civil Services coaching across the country. In near future, KPIAS envisages opening branches across the country to provide our services to more aspirants and guide them in a right way to crack the civil services examination (CSE) and other competitive examinations in their first attempt itself.

To create excellent competitive spirit in the candidate who prepare for the Civil services examination by virtue of imparting qualitative education in an institutional ambiance, with a consolidated strategy to produce next generation administrators.

Our Methodology

Our approach is completely unique when it comes to providing coaching to competitive examinations. We provide personal attention to the needs and requirements of each and every student, so that we get to analyze the standards and capability of our students and guide them accordingly.

We have limited seats available in every batch and this provides a scope for the personal interaction of the students with the respective faculty to clarify all their doubts in their day to day classes. We conduct daily, weekly and Monthly tests and monitor the progress of our students in course of their preparation. Our approach and methodology has been successful as it fetched our students various All India services like IAS, IPS, IFS and many central services like IRS, IRTS etc.,
